By accessing or using the NuvaMed website and services (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Nuvamed LLC ("NuvaMed," "we," "us," or "our").
NuvaMed is a telehealth platform that connects patients with independent, licensed physicians for online consultations and treatment. NuvaMed does not itself practice medicine, provide medical advice, or employ physicians. All medical decisions are made solely by independent licensed physicians who use our platform.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Our Services are available to residents of the United States only.
NuvaMed is not a healthcare provider. The information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the guidance of a qualified healthcare professional for any medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information you have read on this website.
A physician-patient relationship is established only between you and the independent licensed physician who reviews your intake and, if appropriate, prescribes treatment.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information in your health intake form and in all communications with NuvaMed and your treating physician. Providing false or misleading health information may result in inappropriate treatment and poses a risk to your health. NuvaMed and your treating physician are not liable for adverse outcomes resulting from inaccurate information you provide.
Payment is required at the time of intake submission. All fees are stated in US dollars. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorize NuvaMed to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.
Program fees cover the consultation and coordination services provided by NuvaMed. Medication costs may be separate depending on your program. You will be informed of all applicable costs before completing payment.
Please review our Refund Policy for complete information regarding cancellations and refunds. Subscription programs may be cancelled at any time by contacting us at help@nuvamed.org.
Submission of an intake form and payment does not guarantee that a physician will prescribe medication. An independent licensed physician will review your information and make all prescribing decisions based solely on their independent medical judgment. If a physician determines that a prescription is not appropriate for you, NuvaMed will provide a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Medications dispensed through our partnered pharmacies may be compounded medications. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, though they are prepared by licensed, FDA-registered pharmacies. Your physician will review the appropriateness of compounded medications for your specific situation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NuvaMed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or health outcomes, arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services, even if NuvaMed has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
NuvaMed's total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to NuvaMed in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NuvaMed and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your provision of inaccurate information.
All content on the NuvaMed website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Nuvamed LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Jersey.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
